The way to use these tutorials is to open them up on the left hand side of your screen and have the software running on the right hand side of the screen. You can then use the video buttons at the bottom of the animation to stop and start the lesson whenever you want and practise the skill as you go...

Some of these are really big and take a while to load even with broadband - have patience - its worth it,,,,
