Look at the flowchart starter document. Open word and ensure that the autoshapes button is visible at the bottom of the screen. (If not go to view - toolbars - drawing)
Create your own word document to show the difference between Process, Terminator and Decision boxes. Use the flowchart option in the autoshapes menu to produce the correct shape.
